The :20 Second Timeout Foundation is incorporated and recognized in the State of Illinois as a not-for-profit corporation. The organization is tax exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code as of June 11, 2013 (tax exempt letter available upon request). Therefore, any donations/contributions to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible.
